The Website and the processed Data are hosted on the OVH servers (European Union) which present sufficient guarantees in terms of technical and organizational measures as are required pursuant to the Regulation and are both present within the European Union.

SMOOSS expressly commits never to transfer, in any way whatsoever, the Data of the Users to a third party without first having informed the User.

SMOOSS likewise refrains from transferring any Data outside the European Union without having given prior notice to the User.

SMOOSS chose to collaborate with OVH which provides European Union servers considering the applicable Regulation as described above.
