Sales - Business Development


We are hiring a Business Developer intern to primarily work on our Sales & Business development cycle. As a sales-business developer, you will also contribute to our Customer success & product development. 


SMOOSS is a startup selling a SaaS platform to airlines, rail operators and other travel actors. It offers a smoother user experience compared to legacy systems on which these industries rely, making it possible to create new links with their customers and resolving lots of pain points

Your role

As a Sales-business developer, you will be in charge of:Sales• Research and prospect potential sales targets (verticals, customer segments, emails, phone numbers, etc) and gather key lead information in line with SMOOSS• Understand the business and the buying cycle of the leads.• Document all daily activities in CRM• Work closely with the head of sales to accelerate the sales cycle• Always represent SMOOSS with integrity and professionalism in all written and oral communications
Customer success & Product development• Follow the performance of SMOOSS’ solutions in production (track KPIs, analyze gaps, propose enhancements)• Prepare new products implementation, document product features & propose new ones based on users feedback


● Currently in your last year of Business school● You are looking forward to having a first experience in a fast-growing b2b start-up● You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with excellent analyzing and writing skills● You are fluent in English and French● Interest in and/or knowledge of the travel industry and revenue management would be a plus


● Position based in Paris, France (Station F)● Salary to be discussed depending on the profile● Ideal work environment, with possibility of partial remote working● Starting from: 18/07/2021 (for a minimum of 6 months)
